DAVE & CLEM'S BILLYARD'S ROBIN HOOD LINE IN RANBY

You can tell when you're at the right place........

The Billyard's garden is long and thin - so is the railway! When you arrive, you see the "house end" loop...........

........... complete with station.

The bridge is the end of the loop..........

.......... with monsters lurking in the deep to gobble up passengers who leap or fall from the train. Koi they may be, coy they are not!

Then there's a long section of double track.............

........ on which trains often had to queue!

At the "other end" of the line, there's a large loop, with various sidings off and a separate oval for the youngsters to play on. The village (as are all the other structures) are from Jigstones.

Main line trains skirt all this...........

........... and run through the tunnel on the left of this shot to hare up the double track again.

The station over the tunnel is for the cableway...........

.............. which is currently out of commission.
